How to Request a Loan from the Web Portal
Log in to Workpay
Click on Loans
Click Request Loan
Select Loan category
Select the Start date
Enter the Principal Amount
Enter the Number of Months
Enter the Reason
Click Save
How to Request a Loan from the Mobile App
Log in to Workpay
Click on Menu
Click the Loans
Click the Apply for Loan or the green Plus button (+).
Select Loan category
Enter the Amount
Enter the Number of Months
Select the Start date
Enter the Reason
Click Submit
