How to request an advance on the web portal
Log in to WorkPay
Click "Salary advance"
Click "new advance"
Enter the "Date of issue"
Enter the "Amount"
Click "Save
How to request an advance on the mobile app
After a salary advance request is submitted, the organization will review and approve it. Once approved, the funds will be disbursed, and employees can confirm receipt in their bank accounts linked to Workpay.
Log in to WorkPay
Click on Menu>>"Salary Advance "
Click the "Apply for Salary advance" or Plus button (+)
Select "Date of issue"
Enter the "Amount"
Click "Submit"
