How employees can request for Salary Advances on the Web and Mobile app

Employees can efficiently manage their salary needs through a streamlined process facilitated by Workpay.

Salary advances allow employees to access portions of their already earned salaries before payday. Workpay provides tools to simplify and streamline this process, making it easier for both employees and employers.

How to request an advance on the web portal

  • Log in to WorkPay

  • Click "Salary advance"

  • Click "new advance"

  • Enter the "Date of issue"

  • Enter the "Amount"

  • Click "Save

How to request an advance on the mobile app

After a salary advance request is submitted, the organization will review and approve it. Once approved, the funds will be disbursed, and employees can confirm receipt in their bank accounts linked to Workpay.

  • Log in to WorkPay

  • Click on Menu>>"Salary Advance "

  • Click the "Apply for Salary advance" or Plus button (+)

  • Select "Date of issue"

  • Enter the "Amount"

  • Click "Submit"

If the funds do not appear in your bank account after approval:
