How to make Statutory Payments on Workpay
Log in to WorkPay
Go to "Payments Module"
Click "Statutory Payments"
Click on "Initiate Statutory Payment" and select PAYE, SHIF, NITA, HELB, or NSSF.
Enter the "Amount"
Select the "Month"
Enter PRN Number, BYPRODUCT NUMBER, or E-SLIP NUMBER
Click SAVE
Click on Verify & Pay
Click on Continue on the Payment pop up
Enter the OTP sent to your email.
Click VERIFY TRANSACTION.
NOTE: KRA and Housing Levy are paid using the PAYE option.
: For the payments to go through, the byproduct, prn, or eslip number and the amount must be correct.
