How to Issue a Loan Top-up
Go to the Payroll Module and select Loans
Under approved loans, search for the employee
Click on the Actions and Top-up Loan
A pop-up appears, allowing you to input the top-up amount.
Details of the new principal amount will be indicated, and the monthly repayment amount will depend on the repayment duration chosen.
Click on Save for the changes to apply
Once done, the loan will go to the requested column
Click the three dots at the far right and approve.
