A step-by-step guide on how to issue a loan top-up on an already approved loan

How to Issue a Loan Top-up

  • Go to the Payroll Module and select Loans

  • Under approved loans, search for the employee

  • Click on the Actions and Top-up Loan

  • A pop-up appears, allowing you to input the top-up amount.

  • Details of the new principal amount will be indicated, and the monthly repayment amount will depend on the repayment duration chosen.

  • Click on Save for the changes to apply

  • Once done, the loan will go to the requested column

  • Click the three dots at the far right and approve.
