How to assign line manager/supervisor

Guide on how to assign an employee a line manager

  • Go to "Employees" on Main Menu

  • Click on employees

  • Search on employee

  • Click on the three dots at the far right

  • Click on edit employee

  • Click on the pencil icon where work email is

  • On supervisor/report to click on the dropdown to select a supervisor

  • Click save

How to de-assign a line manager

  • Go to "Employees" on Main Menu

  • Click on employees

  • Search on employee

  • Click on the three dots at the far right

  • Click on edit employee

  • Click on the pencil icon where work email is

  • On supervisor/report click on the X icon to remove the line manager

  • Click save


​

NB: For one to be a line manager they have to be an employee in that company
