How to Pause a Loan

A step-by-step guide on how an admin can pause an employee's loan to not be deducted for a certain period

How to Pause an Employee Loan

  • Go to Payroll>>loans

  • Go to the approved tab

  • Search for the employee

  • Click the three dots at the far right

  • Select Pause loan

  • Enter the start date, months, and reason

  • Click Save

NOTE: The loan will automatically be unpaused once the period lapses or once an admin unpauses the loan before the period lapses.
