How to edit the Loan amortization schedule

An amortization schedule is known as a comprehensive table of periodic loan payments, showing the amount of principal and interest that include each payment until the loan is paid off at the end of its term. Every periodic payment is the same amount in total for each period.

  • Go to the Module Payroll

  • Sub-module Loans

  • On the loan requested or approved tab, click the three dots at the end.

  • Click Edit Schedule and proceed.

How to view loan amortization

  • Go to Payroll>>Loans

  • Go to the Approved column

  • Search for the employee

  • Click the three dots at the far right

  • Select Loan details
