How to add HELB deduction to an employee

  • Go to payroll>>deductions

  • Search for the name of the employee

  • Scroll till you find the HELB category

  • Click on the pencil icon next to the amount
    ​

  • Enter the amount, frequency, and/or end date
    ​

  • Save

  • Then go to payroll>>run payroll

  • Search for the employee and reprocess their payroll to confirm it has reflected correctly
