To navigate to the Leaves report page,
Go to Leave>>Leave request>>leave report or
Go to reports>>leave report
How to export the Leave Summary Report
Go to Leave Summary
Apply the necessary filters e.g ... Country, Department(if you are downloading for a particular department), Employee status(choose if you are downloading for active employees or employees on leave, etc.
Click on export and select ‘Excel’
Confirm you want to export by clicking "Export."
The Excel file will be downloaded to your browser and you can open it
To download the Leave report based on the leave policy:
Go to Annual Leave
Apply the necessary filters e.g.. Country, Department(if you are downloading for a particular department), Employee status(choose if you are downloading for active employees or employees on leave, etc.
Click on Generate(Here, you will select the leave policy you want to download and the date range) NB: The report can only be generated yearly.
Click on Export(select the file format: Excel or PDF, etc.)
You will get a successful prompt indicating that the report has been sent to your mailbox.
You can also view the report summary or email the report to yourself by clicking on the specified buttons.
NOTE: When you go to Leave report >>Annual Leave, the data on that page is for Annual leave from 1st January of that year till the current date
: If you need a report showing the list of leaves taken by a specific employee under a particular policy, including the dates and duration, download the PDF report for that policy.
