How to edit/change employees' details

A step-by-step guide on how an admin can update employee details

How to Edit an employee's details

  • Go to the employee Module

  • Search for the employee you want to edit

  • Click the three dots on your right at the end of the employee details

  • Click Edit employee

  • Choose the section you want to edit.

  • There's a pencil icon on each section, click on it and edit the details

  • Then save.

To edit employees in Bulk

  • Go to the Employees Module

  • On your left, click on batch actions

  • Click edit all from the Excel sheet

  • Select the fields you would like to edit, then remove the rest

  • Then click on Get the data template here

  • Fill in the template

  • Then browse and upload back into the system.
