A step-by-step guide on how to recharge your expense account, which will allow expenses to be approved.

How to Recharge the Expense Account

  • Go to Expenses

  • Click on Expense Account

  • Click Recharge

  • Enter the Amount

  • Click Recharge to action this.

NOTE: For an approver to be able to approve expenses, the expense account has to have enough balance.

Recharging the expense account doesn't require adding actual funds.
