A super admin in the system is a user who has all rights for all modules in the system and is the only one who can action the change of company ownership.
How to change super admin
On the Menu, click on settings
Go to Organization
Click the three dots at the far right of the company name and select Change Ownership
Select the new super admin
Save
NOTE: For a user to be a super admin in the company, they must have been sent login credentials, i.e., they are there on the users page
