How to Issue Overtime.

  • Click on Time & Attendance.

  • Click on Overtime.

  • Click on the "Issue Overtime" button.

  • Select the Employee you wish to issue the overtime to.

  • Select the date and click on the Month.

  • Add the Overtime hours depending on whether it's a workday or Holiday/Offday overtime.

  • Add the Overtime Reason then click on save.

    ​How to Bulk Upload Overtime.

  • Click on Time & Attendance.

  • Click on Overtime.

  • Click on the "Bulk Overtime" button then click on "Download data template here", an excel will be downloaded populate it with the overtime hours.

  • Click on browse to upload the populated Excel.

NOTE: Please note that for the overtime to reflect on the payroll the overtime needs to be Approved.
