EWA applications can only be done on the Mobile app or using a USSD code.
To request Earned Wage Access (EWA) on the mobile app:
Log in to the app
Go to the Menu, select EWA
Or go to the Home screen and select Earned Wage Access
Go to the Earnings section
Tap Send
Enter the amount you wish to request
Tap Continue and fill in the rest of the information.
To request EWA using the USSD Code
On your phone, click the dialer
Enter the code *483*140#
Follow the next steps
NOTE: The amount is sent to the payment method that has been entered in your profile.
