How to schedule a meeting for a disciplinary case

This article shows you how to set up a panel discussion for a disciplinary case.

Once a query is issued, you can schedule a meeting for that query to be discussed and for a final verdict to be given.

To do this, click on the ellipsis on the far right beside the case you are working on.

>> Click on “view issue”

>>If the employee hasn’t responded, you can remind them by clicking on “prompt reaction”

>>If they have responded, you can click on “view” to see their response and any supporting documents.

To schedule the meeting,

>>Click on “Meeting Details”

>>You will see if any meeting has been scheduled otherwise, a button to schedule the meeting.


>>Click on “schedule meeting”

>>Set the date, time and location

>>Add the participants and a meeting agenda as well as supporting documents if any.

>>Save

You can also update the meeting details to add a meeting record or prompt an acknowledgement of the meeting summary.
