1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. If you don’t have it, download it from the Google Play store for Android or the Apple app store for iPhone devices. The links are on the cards.
2. Once you open the authenticator app on your phone, click the button labelled “I have an authenticator app”
3. On the bottom right of the Authenticator app, click the QR code Icon Button.
4. Once the camera opens, scan the QR code that is shown on this page.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the webpage and click the button labelled ‘confirm’.
6. You will be redirected to this page, which allows you to access your recovery code. Ensure you copy the recovery code and store it somewhere safe.
7. Once you store your recovery code, click the Proceed button.
8. You will be redirected to the next step. Look for the six-digit code that is shown on Google Authenticator with the prefix “Workpay:” Type the code shown there into this form and click the button labelled “Verify”.
9. You will be redirected to the page to confirm the code on the authenticator. Fill it in with the latest value from the authenticator app. Click the button labelled “Verify code”.
10. You will be successfully logged into the app.
