Navigate to the login page.
Click the button labelled “Forgot Password”
You will be redirected to the forgot password page. Fill in your email address in the email input field.
Click the button labelled Reset Password.
You will be redirected to the reset password success page.
Check your email inbox for the password reset email. Don’t forget to check your spam folder. It will look something like this.
If you cannot find the email at all, click the button labelled ‘resend email’ and check again.
Once you find the email, click the button labelled. “I have the code, proceed”
Copy the code you received on email and paste it into the input labeled “Verification Code”.
Type in a new password into the input labelled “New Password”. Repeat the same password into the input labelled “Confirm Password”.
On success, you will be back to the login page. Proceed to login with your new password.
