Reset password with Phone Number

This article guides you on resetting your password via phone number.

  1. Navigate to the login page

  2. Click the button labelled “Forgot Password”

3. You will be redirected to the forgot password page. Fill in your phone number in the input field.

4. Click the button labelled Reset Password

5. You will be redirected to the reset password success page.

6. Check your phone for a password reset SMS. It will look something like If you cannot find the SMS at all, click the button labelled ‘resend SMS’ and check again.

7. Copy the code you received via email and paste it into the input labelled “Verification Code”.


8. Type in a new password into the input labelled “New Password”. Repeat the same password in the input labelled “Confirm Password”.

9. Click the Reset Password button.

On success, you will be back to the login page. Proceed to log in with your new password.
