How to Edit an Emergency Contact

Emergency contact details can be edited by an Admin or HR. A Super Admin can also grant users the required rights to edit emergency contact details.

To edit an existing emergency contact:

  1. Go to Employee on the main module

  2. Click Employees

  3. Search and select the employee

  4. Click Edit Employee

  5. Open Contact Persons

  6. Under Emergency Contacts, click the three dots next to the specific contact

  7. Click Edit

  8. Update the details

  9. Click Save
