Step by step guide on how to recharge your Workpay wallet.
On payments main menu click "Balances" then click on Top up Balance You will be presented with a tabbed page with Mpesa tab, Card tab and Bank Transfer tab.
Recharge via Mpesa
Enter the Mobile number and enter the amount and click Top up.
An Mpesa pop up will appear on your phone. Put your pin and the amount will be deducted from your Mpesa.
Recharge via Bank Transfer Use the bank details given on the "BANK TRANSFER" tab. To expedite loading cash in your WorkPay wallet email us at[email protected] with proof of payment. You can use EFT/RTGS/Pesalink/Cheque deposit.
**Note: if you opt for the cheque option, your account will be credited after your cheque clears with our bank.
