Setting up Key Result Areas for Performance Appraisal

Setting up the account
To start using the performance appraisal module, there are global settings that should be set that are specific to the company. This will make the basis of appraising employees. On the settings menu, we need to set Key Result Areas, Performance Review Period and Performance Rating.
Setting up Key Result Areas (KRA)

Go to Settings then Key Result Areas

Click New Key Result Area Button

Enter the name on the text box provided e.g. Financial and Submit
Repeat step 2 and 3 for various KRAs for your company
