The rights to edit personal profile information on the workpay system resides with the admin or HR personnel unless granted to employees, they can't edit any information on their profile. If you need to change anything like bank details, names, contacts or IDs, your system admin is your "go to" person.

For an admin, you can edit this information either by going to the employee module using the "edit with Excel" option under batch actions or you go directly to the employee's profile and use the pencil icon on the field you wish to edit.
