Why are some employees showing “0 hours” on the T&A report even though they were on approved leave?

Employees on approved leave days appear as “0 hours” on Time and attendance because the system records attendance based on clock-ins and clock-outs. Since employees on leave don’t clock in, no hours are captured. However, these days are still counted as approved and payable under the Leave Management module.
