Topping Up Your Wallet via M-PESA
1. How can I top up my Workpay wallet using M-PESA?
Follow these steps to add funds to your wallet through M-PESA:
Go to the MAIN Menu and click on Payments.
Select Balances.
Click Top Up Balance.
Enter your mobile number (you’ll receive an M-PESA payment prompt).
Enter the amount you wish to top up and confirm the transaction.
2. Will I receive a confirmation after topping up?
Yes. Once your M-PESA payment is successful, your wallet balance will automatically update, and you’ll see the new amount reflected under Balances.
3. Which number should I use for the top-up?
Use the mobile number registered to your M-PESA account to ensure the payment prompt is received successfully.
4. What should I do if I don’t receive the M-PESA prompt?
Check your network connection and confirm that you entered the correct mobile number.
