How do I add a new leave policy?

Steps on how to add a new leave policy

Go to Settings β†’ Leave β†’ Leave Policies, then click Add New Leave Policy.

Fill in the required details such as:

  • Policy name

  • Leave schedule type (Accrual or Cumulative)

  • Number of leave days

  • Applicable gender

  • Leave structure type (Calendar or Contract year)

  • Carry-over settings

  • Document requirement

  • Off-day and public holiday rules

  • Negative balance and unpaid leave options

Click Save to finalize the policy.
