How to Navigate the Expenses Module
Employee Side:
1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to Expenses. The Expenses screen will appear as below:
The tabs at the top allow the user to view the different statuses of the expense requests made by them.
3. To add an expense, click on Add Expense. The screen will appear as below:
Fill in the needed information as shown above and click on Save
4. The screen will appear as below:
To update or delete the expense, click on the vertical ellipsis on the last column/ the extreme right side of the screen.
The status of the expense remains as not paid until the payment is made to the user.
Admin side:
1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to Expenses. The screen will appear as below. There is a provision to filter the countries/ entities and the receipt status of expenses.
3. There is a provision to view different statuses of expenses that were requested, as shown above.
4. To action a requested expense, click on the vertical ellipsis corresponding to the request, at the far right of the screen as shown below:
You can carry out the actions listed on the right. To Approve and Pay an Expense request, click on Approve and Pay
5. Click on Approve to confirm your action:
6. The screen below will appear, redirecting to the bulk payouts page:
7. Confirm the amount is correct and click on Verify and Pay. The screen below will appear:
8. Enter the OTP sent, and click on Verify Transaction. The amount will be sent to the recipient and deducted from the wallet.
9. To issue an expense, click on Issue Expense:
10. The screen below will appear. Fill in the required details as shown and click on Save:
11. Expense is created successfully as shown below:
12. To proceed with actioning the created expense, follow the same steps as from step 3.
13. To view the Expense account details, click on Expense Account
14. Screen will appear as below:
15. To initiate an account recharge, click on Recharge. The screen will appear as below. Enter the amount and click on Recharge
16. Screen will appear as below:
17. To top up the expense wallet, click on Top Up as shown below:
18. Select the mode of payment you intend to use to top up the wallet and enter the information required and click on Top Up:
