      How To Pay Employees from Payroll

      Step-by-step guide on how to pay employees directly from Payroll

      Kindly note that to make the payments, the payroll has to be approved. One cannot pay unapproved payroll.

      • Click on Payroll
      • Click on Run payroll
      • Select the employees you would like to pay
      • Click on the "Pay" button at the top (You can either select the employees to pay or pay all the employees)
      • You will be directed to the payments page to conclude the payments to employees's accounts. 

      NB- Your company wallet has to have enough funds to complete the payments.
