      How to Pay NSSF Payments from the Workpay Platform.

      Step-by-step guide on how to pay Employer and Voluntary NSSF Contributions after running payroll.

      Step 1: Generate a Unique Payment Number (UPN) from the NSSF e-service portal.


      Step 2: Navigate to Payments >Statutory Payments

      Step 3: Select Initiate statutory payment, then select NSSF

      Step 4: Select Payment type:

      Step 5: Enter payment details and save.

      For Employer Contributions, enter the Eslip Number (UPN)

      For Voluntary Contributions, enter the member’s NSSF Number:

      Step 6: Select Verify & Pay

      Step 8: Enter the security code to verify your transaction
