Login Error (Incorrect Username or Password)

Know what to do when you encounter a login error.

Are you unable to access your Workpay account due to an incorrect username or password error?

Are employees complaining of a login error?

Here’s how to help them as an admin:

Navigate to the employee module and search for the affected employee.
Click on the ellipsis and select “reset password”



Here’s what to do as an employee:

Check your mail for the login credentials sent to you by your system admin. This mail indicates your username and your password. Your username can either be your email or phone number as set by your system administrator.

Make sure no spaces are added to the username and password.

Passwords are case sensitive; hence, all letter cases as well as special characters must be respected.
If the error persists, you can either reset your password or reach out to Support for help.
