How to Navigate the Payments Module

Payments User Guide

 

Viewing Balances and initiating payments

 

1. Log in to your account and navigate to Payments as shown below:

 

 

2. Select Balances to navigate to the Balances submodule. The screen below will be displayed.

 

 

Recent transactions are displayed for each currency. To view transactions under different currencies, click on the specific currency.

 

3. To Add a payment record, click on Add Payment Record on the bottom right side of the screen. The screen below will be displayed:

 

Fill in the required information as shown above and click on Submit. You will be redirected to the bulk payment screen where the entered payment details are displayed.

 

 

There is a provision to edit or delete the record as shown below:

 

Making a bulk payment:

 

 

From the bulk payment landing page, The available wallet balance is displayed, as well as the total amount of payments to be made, according to the payment records added

 

1. To make a payment, click on Verify and Pay on the top right side of the screen. The below will be displayed:

 

 

2. The amount being sent and the transaction charges are displayed. Click on Continue to proceed.

 

 

3. Enter the security code sent to your phone and click on Verify Transaction to complete payment. Payment will then be sent to the intended recipient.

 

 

 

Topping up Wallet

 

  1. Click on Top up, on the top right side of the screen. The screen below will be displayed

 

 

Choose the mode of payment you will use to top up the wallet, enter the required details and click on top up. The above is a top up process via MPESA.

The below is a top up process via a bank transfer

 

 

3. The top up amount will reflect on the wallet balance after a successful top up.

 

 

Payment Settings:

1. Click on Payment settings on the top right side of the screen:

 

 

2. The screen below will be displayed. On the transaction policy tab, you can select whether it is the sender or receiver of the payment who covers the transaction charges, or whether the costs are shared.

 

3. On the Favorites tab, you can access frequent receivers who have been added under this category as shown below:

 

 

4. There is a provision to add a favorite, to edit details of a favorite and to remove a receiver from the list, as shown above.

 

Statutory Payments

 

1. Navigate to the Statutory payments submodule under the Payments module

 

 

2. To initiate a statutory payment, click on Initiate Statutory Payment on the right side of the screen. The below will be displayed:

 

3. Select the type of statutory payment you would like to make, and enter the required details as displayed below:

 

 

 

4. The initiated payment will appear on the list of initiated statutory payments as shown below:

 

 

5. Click on Verify and Pay

 

 

6. Click on Continue

 

 

7. Enter the security code sent to your phone and click on Verify Transaction

 

 

Viewing Account Statement

 

  1. To view the account statement, click on Account Statement

 

 

You can filter by date, currency and branches to view specific transactions.

 

2. View different statuses of transactions, click on View Transaction Logs. The screen below will be displayed:
