Additional exit rights have been added to role permission settings which may prevent admins from exiting employees if not assigned
Recently, we updated the Exit module to facilitate smooth employee clearance processes and ensure all outstanding payments are included in employees' payroll.
Based on this new update, there are specific rights that need to be granted to admins to enable them to carry out exit procedures effectively.
How to grant additional permissions to admins to exit employees:
- Click on the menu 'Settings'
- Click on 'Users'
- Switch to 'Roles' tab
- Click on 'View'
- Switch to 'HR & Payroll' tab
- Scroll to the very bottom and assign permissions under 'Exit category Payment Item' and 'Exit Reason' accordingly.
- Scroll to the top and click on 'Save' button located at the right to effect the changes.
