Transfer Employees from one Branch/Company to another.

 

Transfer Employee To a Branch

  • Click on Employees and select the Employees' option.

  • Search for the Employees you wish to transfer

  • Click on the three dots button and select "Transfer Employee"

  • Select the current Company the employee is under.

  • Select the Branch to be transferred.

  • Add reason for Transfer(optional).

  • Click Submit.

Transfer Employee to a Different Company.

  • Click on Employees and select the Employees' option.

  • Search for the Employees you wish to transfer

  • Click on the three dots  and select "Transfer Employee"

  • Select the Company you want to transfer the Employee to.

  • Select the Branch to be transferred if you have any if not select Head Office.

  • Add reason for Transfer(optional).

  • Click Submit.
