View, create and edit HR settings (Departments and Job Titles)

To view departments:

  • Click on the menu ‘Settings’

  • Select ‘Organization’

  • Select ‘Departments'

How to add a department

  • Click on the menu ‘Settings’

  • Select ‘Organization’

  • Select ‘Departments'

  • Click the button ‘New Department’

  • Enter department name

  • Enter department code

  • Select a supervisor

  • Click ‘Submit’

How to upload departments in bulk

  • Click on the menu ‘Settings’

  • Select ‘Organization’

  • Select ‘Departments'

  • Click Bulk Upload department

  • Click "Download data template here"

  • Fill in the template and save it.

  • Click "Browse files" to get the template from where you have saved it

  • Click "Import"

Job Titles/Designations

Job titles are designations or rather official names. To view job titles:

To view Job Titles.

  • Click on the menu ‘Settings’

  • Select 'Organization’

  • Select ‘Job Titles'

How to add job title/designation

  • Click on the menu ‘Settings’

  • Select 'Organization’

  • Select ‘Job Titles'

  • Click on ‘New job title’

  • Enter designation name

  • Enter designation code

  • Select the Department the job title will be under.

  • Click ‘Submit’

How to upload Job Titles in bulk

  • Click on the menu ‘Settings’

  • Select ‘Organization’

  • Select 'job title'

  • Click Bulk Upload job title.

  • Click "Download data template here"

  • Fill in the template and save it.

  • Click "Browse files" to get the template from where you have saved it

  • Click "Import"
